Veteran’s Parade – November 12

Osage Beach City Hall to the Lake Of the Ozarks Elks Lodge

Come out and support our veterans! Enjoy the parade, and food and beverages will be flagavailable at the Elks Lodge. The parade will have veterans, bands floats, horses, emergency vehicles, civic organizations, etc.


Holiday Market Place – November 18

Camden County Museum, Linn Creek – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Come enjoy the sights and sounds at the Linn Creek Museum and shop from the ccmabdChristmas crafts and gift booths. This event will put you in the holiday mood! Lunch is available for a donation.

 Enchanted Village of Lights – November 18 – January 1

Laurie Fairgrounds – 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (10 on weekends)

See your children’s eyes light up at the wonder of Christmas scenes made entirely of 2015-10-27_0932lights! This is one of the largest drive through light parks in Mid-Missouri. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.

Fall Open House Wine Trail – November 19

Over a dozen shops, retailers and restaurants participating in a neighborhood, open house event. Great specials, wine tasting and more!

St. Patrick’s Festival of Lights – November 24 – January 1

Shrine of St. Patrick – 179 Marian Dr., Laurie – 6 p.m. – 10 p.m

This is the oldest light park in the area and features over 4,000 strings of lights.

Remind the kids of the true meaning of Christmas with this spiritual light display. shrine_of_st-_patrickThere is no charge, it is their gift to the community. The gift shop will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday through Sunday with hot chocolate and cider.

Christmas Village at Old Kinderhook – November 25 – December 18

Old Kinderhook Resort- 20 Eagle Ridge Road, Camdenton

Head out to Old Kinderhook to their fabulous Christmas Village. Tons of fun activities, old-kinderhookChristmas carolers, s’mores around the fire pit, Santa, gingerbread house making, carriage rides, elf storytelling and more.  AND ice skating on the Lake’s only outdoor rink.  The skating and some of the other activities have a fee, so call for more information at 573.317.4314.  Dates of the Christmas Village are as follows: Nov 25-27, Dec 2-4, Dec 9-11, Dec 16-18, Dec 23-25.

Deck the Docks Holiday Light Cruises – November 25 – December 30

This has become the “must-do” holiday activity at the Lake. Cruise around the Lake in lightedboatstyle and enjoy the lighted docks and homes. Reservations must be booked in advance and tickets are $25 each. There are cruises every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Tickets must be reserved through Celebration Cruises at 573.480.3212 or on the website at


Annual Lighted Christmas Parade – November 26

Downtown Laurie – 6 p.m.

This lighted parade begins at Central Bank and travels north to the Terrace Mall. At the lighted_parademall, Santa will disembark from his float and go inside to visit with the children. Don’t miss this special holiday parade.
